The website aiybiz.com (the “Website”) is published by Aiybiz, an AI agents marketplace project currently in the process of legal structuring.

3. Purpose of the Website

Aiybiz is a platform that connects businesses and professionals (“Clients”) with artificial intelligence agents developed by independent creators (“Builders”).

The platform acts as a technical and commercial intermediary, allowing users to discover, access, and interact with AI agents provided by third parties.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Aiybiz is not the creator of the AI agents available on the platform.

4. Payments

Payments made through the platform are processed using the payment infrastructure provided by Stripe, including the Stripe Connect service.

Within this framework:

  • payments are made by Clients to Builders;
  • Aiybiz acts as a payment intermediary and marketplace platform;
  • funds are processed by Stripe in accordance with its own contractual terms and policies.

Aiybiz may charge a service commission on transactions conducted through the platform.

5. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Website, including but not limited to text, design, graphics, logos, databases, software, and structure, are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • AI agents made available on the platform remain the intellectual property of their respective Builders;
  • Builders grant Aiybiz a limited license to distribute and make such agents available through the platform.

Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or exploitation of the Website or its content is prohibited.

6. Liability

Aiybiz operates as an intermediation platform connecting Clients and Builders.

As such:

  • Aiybiz does not guarantee the accuracy, performance, or suitability of the AI agents for the Clients’ specific needs;
  • each Builder remains solely responsible for the functionality, content, and performance of the AI agents they provide;
  • users access and use AI agents at their own risk.

Aiybiz shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of AI agents made available on the platform.

7. Personal Data

The processing of personal data through the Website is governed by Aiybiz’s Privacy Policy, available on the Website, and complies with the requirements of the Règlement général sur la protection des données.

8. Governing Law

These Legal Notices are governed by French law.

Any dispute relating to the use of the Website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent French courts, unless mandatory legal provisions provide otherwise.
